RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, simply return it to our warehouse with your receipt of the product, and make sure the product is in new condition, then we will give you a full refund/exchange with no questions asked. Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

Please be sure to write your name, order number, and request (exchange/refund, size or style wanted in exchange, etc.) on the package, and be sure to RECORD AND EMAIL US THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR THE PACKAGE. We do not have a problem with returns and we will process them immediately.

Where applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately upon our receipt of the returned item, or we will send you a replacement product or store credit.

We are happy to accept return. Any return garment should be fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us.

Simply email us the return address with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

2. Log in using the following details - your order number (including the #); your zip code; your full name (as shown on the shipping label).

3. Enter the requested details on the next page.

4. Print the return label generated.

5. Wrap your item/s and the completed return form.

6. Securely attach the return label.

7. Take your parcel to your local depot and pay the postage fee.
